VerdeOeste was involved in an exciting project at Quinta da Marinha, Cascais, where a single-family residence underwent significant modifications during the construction phase.
The project included various modifications such as changes to exterior openings, bathroom remodels, structural adjustments, and annex alterations for technical equipment. Steel frames were replaced with aluminum for cost savings, and window designs were updated. Bathrooms were renovated with new finishes, and a door was relocated for a wardrobe. Structural changes included relocating a hidden kitchen column and reinforcing beams.
The annex was partially demolished for HVAC installation, and construction adjustments concealed installations with wall fillings and false ceilings.
