CARCAVELOS, CASCAIS
VerdeOeste are supporting the major refurbishment works of a circa 600 sqm period villa on a 2,749 sqm plot for a Portuguese client. The project focuses on the remodeling of interior spaces while preserving the original identity of the villa.
VerdeOeste have been working with the client since their initial acquisition, providing guidance and support to help define the project brief and budgeting. We have also supported the design development and tender phases and will oversee all works and deal with the administration of the contract on behalf of the client.
The works have started on site in November 2018, initiated by demolitions and execution of the building’s structure (metal and reinforced steel).
